When you call, text or fill out the form we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, address or town, a description of the problem, and any photos you send. We also keep basic records of the work we do for you.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your request, schedule and do the work, send updates and invoices, pull permits and inspections, and follow up after the job. We do not sell your information.

Text messaging

If you check the consent box on our form, or text us first, we may text you about your request. Messages cover things like scheduling, arrival times, job updates and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with the service providers that deliver our text messages, only so they can send them.

Who else sees it
