Good communication, told me to send me some photos of what needed replacing. Told me he would get back to me in a day after looking at photos. Came out next day and took care of what needed to be done.

What I do

Every service I offer, laid out like the label in your panel door.

Most calls are one of these. If yours isn't on the list, text me anyway. Half my jobs start as "I don't know what this is."

How a job goes

Start with a text
  1. Text

    Send a photo

Text a picture of the panel, outlet or meter to (716) 243-1239, or just call. Day or night.

  2. Answer

    Get a straight answer

I get back to you about what is going on and set a time to come out. If it can wait, I tell you that too.

  3. Work

    I'm on the job myself

The person who quoted it is the person who shows up. On time, and the place gets cleaned up after.

  4. Inspect

    Permit and inspection

If the job needs a permit, I file it, meet the inspector and handle the utility.

  5. Walk-through

I show you what I did

Before I leave I walk you through the work and answer any questions.

Send a photo, get a real answer

You don't have to wait a week for someone to come look. Text me a picture of the panel, the outlet or the meter and tell me what's going on.

A photo lets me see what I'm walking into before I get there, so the first visit counts. If it doesn't need fixing, I'll say so. One customer put it this way:

Wind took the meter off the house?

That part is on the homeowner, and the utility won't reconnect until it's fixed and inspected. I replace the meter socket and mast, get it inspected and let NYSEG or National Grid know it's ready.

Why people stop calling the big shops

CFW is a small local outfit run by Chuck, not a franchise with a call center. That changes how a job goes.

Most of my work comes from repeat customers and their neighbors. That only happens if you answer the phone, price it fair and do it right the first time.

You deal with me

I'm Chuck Wegrzyn. CFW Electric is my company, and when you call it, you get me. I give the price, I do the work, and I'm the one who answers the text at night.

Most of my work is homes and small rentals between Buffalo and Angola. Panels, meters, storm damage, generators, EV chargers, lighting, and a lot of one-outlet jobs that turn into three. A big part of my business is repeat customers and their neighbors.

More about CFW Electric

Text me a photo. I'll tell you what it is.

Send a photo and a quick note about what is going on. Same day is common, and the phone is on 24 hours.
