Lighting, fans and chandeliers
This is the work people see every day, so it has to look right. Recessed cans in a straight line, a chandelier hung at the right height, a fan that does not wobble. I also fix the ones somebody else put up wrong.

Meters, masts and storm damage
When the wind off the lake takes a tree into the line, the meter and mast usually come off with it. The utility owns the wire to your house. Everything from the mast down is yours, and they will not reconnect until it is fixed and inspected. That part is my job.

Plenty of my calls start with one dead outlet and end with three things fixed. Old houses around here have years of add-ons in the walls. I find what is actually wrong, tell you straight, and do not sell you a project you do not need.

Out here the power goes when the wind picks up. Some people want a standby unit that starts on its own. Some just want to plug in a portable without running extension cords through the window. I set up both, the right way.

Most EV charger installs come down to two questions: does your panel have room, and where does the charger actually make sense on the wall. I check the first before I quote, and I will tell you if there is a better spot than the one you picked.
